What do Doula packages look like?
We offer a range of services in our doula packages. We have 2 main packages to choose from, which include a combination of the below services.
- Prenatal Appointments (in-person)
- Birthplan discussion, creation, and revision
- Unlimited support through pregnancy (via email / call / text)
- Full labor and birth support (hands-on labor support and direction labor through delivery)
- Postpartum appointments & support (4-6 weeks via in-person visits, calls and texts)
- Fetal Ultrasounds (included in your doula package)
- Access to our best digital birth resources
- Suggestions to help prepare your body for labor and birth
- Birth Goody Bag
